Artists Statement

I have been committed to this craft for over twenty five years. I’m constantly searching for subject material, visiting museums, and reading. Seeing art is probably the best venue for learning what painting is really about, and American and European painters have over five hundred years of astonishing work to reference. A daunting task to be sure, but being able to build from this foundation is God’s gift to the modern painter.
